Network Operation Center Engineers Jobs in Abu Dhabi
Hiring for 5x Network Operation Center Engineers for Major IT Vendor to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of related experience
– Mid-level Linux knowledge: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, reading, and understanding logs of various services like Apache, Nginx, firewalls, and syslogs.
– Basic Windows server management including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
– Cloud knowledge: Compute, Database, Storage, Networking services, and security.
– Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
– Experience with monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana.
– Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
– Familiarity with network security concepts such as security firewall, VPN, and intrusion detection.
– Incident management process experience
– Customer facing experience is must
