Job Position – Network Security L2 Support Engineer
Company Name – MindPool Technologies
Expereince level: 7-10Years only
Should be available for F2F interview in UAE
Key Skills:
-Cisco Routing & Switching
-LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, STP, OSPF & BGP
-Enterprise Firewalls – preferably FortiGate
-NAT, ACLs, IPsec & Remote Access VPN
-WAN/ISP troubleshooting
-Network monitoring & troubleshooting tools
-Incident, Problem & Change Management
-ServiceNow/ITSM exposure preferred
The candidate should be capable of independently handling L2 incidents, network configuration, troubleshooting, approved changes, RCA, vendor/ISP coordination, upgrades and migrations.
Certifications: CCNA preferred; CCNP/Fortinet certifications are an advantage.
