Job Position – Network Support Engineer

Company Name – Avanza Solutions

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Education: Computer Science / Cisco CCNP Certification or equivalent
Employment Type: Contractual 1 Year (extendable)
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Communication: English and Arabic (compulsory)

Job Role & Responsibilities:
-First-line of contact for customer for all communication relating to Network Communications, Network Security and Unified Collaborations issues.
-Establish and maintain solid relations with Customer facilitating needed resources.
-Help train Customer on-the-job through knowledge transfer.
-Communicate proactively with other departments within the organization as well as with Customer.
-Handle support tickets effectively and promptly until resolution while keeping customers informed regularly.
-Complete all assigned tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
-Troubleshooting & configuration of Cisco collaboration & security devices
-Strong technical knowledge in R&S and Network Security.
-Unified Collaboration technical know-how is an advantage.
-Experience of working with SIEM solution will be added value.
