Hiring Network Team Leader
Location : Qatar
Knowledge and Skills:
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience from a managed services provider class networks and operations.
Well knowledge/experience in Cisco, Arista, and Aruba routing and switching (L2/L3).
Well, knowledge/experience in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
Well, knowledge/experience on MPLS L3VPN networks.
Well knowledge/experience in Firewall solutions, including FortiGate NGFW, Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, and PaloAlto
Well-knowledge/experience in Cisco ISR, ASR Routers, and Cisco Catalyst Switches.
Well-knowledge/experience on Arista Network.
Well-Knowledge/experience in Web Application Firewalls and Load Balancers, including F5 (LTM and ASM) and Fortiweb.
Implementation, Design, and maintenance of Azure cloud network.
Implementation, Design, and maintenance of OCI cloud network.
Well-knowledge of Proxy Bluecoat proxy solutions.
Well-knowledge/experience in Cisco Computing Systems (Cisco UCS)
Well-knowledge of Cisco wireless networks
Knowledge of NAC solutions, for example- Clearpass.
Hands-on experience managing and implementing virtual networks.
Knowledge/experience on any Network Management System (such as, Cisco Prime,MRTG/PRTG, HP OVO) and readying reports
In-depth troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
Visio design/diagramming skills
Education:
Post-secondary education in IT or related field
At least holding one relevant CCIE certification from Cisco Systems
Preferred to have certification for any or all of the following vendors; PaloAlto, Fortigate, F5, Aruba, and Arista.

Job Purpose
The Network Team Leader will use his/her advanced knowledge and technical expertise, coupled with his/her dedication to customer service, to deliver service excellence.
The Network Team Leader – will also be responsible for the day-to-day network installation, administration, and management.
Network Team Leader – will technically lead the project network deliverables and be responsible to assign tasks to the proper resources and ensure accurate and smooth delivery.
Network Team Leader – will ensure network service availability and performance targets are achieved.
Network Team Leader – will lead the network team to troubleshoot incidents and fulfill service requests within the SLAs.
Network Team Leader – will act as level 3 support for complicated and critical tickets and incidents.
Will work with solution architecture teams to provide information and consultation to produce optimal solutions and deliver them.
Will work with other delivery teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and incident resolution.
As a result, members of the ITS group must have excellent troubleshooting skills as well as a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and Service Management processes.
Maintain reference documentation for the network under the team management.
