Job Position – Network Technician

Hiring for a skilled to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
– Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
– Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity, latency, and hardware/software faults.
– Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
– Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
– Assist in network security implementation and monitoring.
– Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
– Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
– Collaborate with the IT team for infrastructure improvements.
– Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 3 years of experience in networking (entry-level candidates may be considered).
– Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
– Familiarity with network devices such as Cisco, HP, MikroTik, etc.
– Knowledge of network security fundamentals.
– Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
– Full-time position.
– Office and on-site technical environment.
– May require on-call support or after-hours maintenance.
– Working Hours: Sat – Thu | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
