Job Description:
Mandatory Skills: Riverbed NPM Including (AppResponse , Netprofiler, NetIM, Portal)
Responsibilities:
– Riverbed platform support: AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM amp; Portal
– Continuous monitoring, alert validation and L1 incident troubleshooting
– Performance tuning, threshold optimization and alert noise reduction
– Incident management, escalation and SLA adherence
– Monitoring dashboards, reporting and trend analysis
– Ticketing system integration, automation and AIOps support
– Continuous improvement and monitoring optimization.
