Roles and Responsibility:
-4+ years Experience
-Initial level troubleshooting skills of network and system administration.
-Knowledge of OSPF,BGP and troubleshooting on Cisco ASA, ESA and WSA.
-Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls, Stealth watch.
-Experience in monitoring tools.
-Knowledge about change, incident and problem management.(ITIL/ITSM experience)
-Experience on reporting tools.
-Customer handling experience
-CCNA,CCNP level certification at least
-Good communication skills.
