Excellent opportunity to join the most innovative Law Firm in UAE. Legal Inz is currently looking for an Office Admin to join their office located in Ras Al Khaimah.

 

Successful candidate will excel at the below:

 

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Handling phones, calendar management, filing, detailing messages, ordering office supplies and general office management tasks.
  • Producing and editing documents, gathering data, and compiling existing materials.
  • Reviewing legal documents to ensure they are in proper format.
  • File, organize, and copy legal documents in a timely and organized manner for easy access.
  • Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information.
  • Maintaining office systems and data management systems, doing all secretarial work, diary management and keeping records.
  • Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for meetings
  • Manage all information with absolute confidentiality.

Requirements are:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable college.
  • Must be RAK resident or willing to move there.
  • Experience with legal documents and legal jargon is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in the same position for 2+ years.
  • Excellent writing skills while maintaining speed, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to properly handle and file documents.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong command of English.
