Job Position – Office Manager
Company Name – Saudi German Hospital
With 8-9 years of experience in an executive secretarial role dealing with C-Level management.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing incoming mails and organizing them for the CEO
– Scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
– Transcribing meeting minutes
– Composing business correspondences
– Assisting patients and directing inquiries
– Handling telephone calls and office supplies requests
– Maintaining filing systems and overseeing CEO’s office arrangement
Job Specifications:
– Education: Graduate of Secretarial Course preferred
– Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Secretary
– Skills: Proficient in clerical practices, administrative functions, with excellent patient and colleague interaction
– Computer literacy with typing speed of 45 words per minute
– Knowledge of stenography is an advantage
– Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic/Russian OR Tagalog
– Personal Requirements: Integrity, initiative, good moral character, and strong personality
– Job Requirement: Adaptable, works effectively under stress, willing to work extended hours, and travel when needed
