Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the Oracle system. The role involves handling large volumes of information, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting various departments with administrative and system-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain records in Oracle ERP/Oracle Database systems.
Verify data accuracy before entering information into the system.
Generate reports from Oracle software as required by management.
Maintain electronic and hard-copy records in an organized manner.
Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
Coordinate with various departments to obtain and verify information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Monitor pending transactions and follow up for completion.
Support audit activities by providing required documentation and reports.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar ERP software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
