Job Position – OPD Head Nurse
Company Name – Saudi German Hospital
To lead Outpatient Department. The role includes clinical leadership, staff supervision, operational management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily OPD nursing operations and patient flow
-Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff
-Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and quality standards
-Monitor performance, staffing, and operational efficiency
-Support continuous improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
-Valid DHA or MOH RN License
-Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
