Job Position – Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s goals.
Process Improvement: Analyse current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5-10 year of experience in Same field.
