- Document and ship certificate submission to 3rd parties like clients and agencies
- Vessel movement reports
- Charter inquiry follow up
Requirements
- MS office experience
- Punctual/organised and able to work against deadlines
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
- Strong communications skills
- +2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Arabic speaker desirable but not compulsory
- Shipping agency experience desirable
- Maritime industry experience desirable
