  • Document and ship certificate submission to 3rd parties like clients and agencies
  • Vessel movement reports
  • Charter inquiry follow up

Requirements

  • MS office experience
  • Punctual/organised and able to work against deadlines
  • Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Strong communications skills
  • +2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently
  • Arabic speaker desirable but not compulsory
  • Shipping agency experience desirable
  • Maritime industry experience desirable
