Job Position – Operations Coordinator
Company Name – Fixperts Contracting
MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE/FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Several key responsibilities, including:
-Allocating teams based on client requirements and monitoring the fleet and workforce.
-Effective communication and cooperation with individuals at various organizational levels.
-Acting as a liaison between the client and the operational team to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Monitoring, controlling, and managing business operations to meet client expectations and company objectives.
-Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
-Identifying and promptly resolving operational issues.
-Providing direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
-Maintaining clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for reference.
-Following standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
-Being an excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively and build strong client relationships.
