Location: Muscat, Oman
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar high-end venues.
Expertise: Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
Management: Strong team management capabilities.
Visionary: Ability to drive and execute the restaurant’s operational vision.
Advantage: Previous experience in the GCC region.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Implement and uphold operational standards and procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize overall restaurant performance.
Contribute to the development and execution of the restaurant’s strategic vision.
