Job Position – Operations Manager

To oversee home care and medical facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare management experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage daily homecare operations in Abu Dhabi
-Ensure strict compliance with DoH policies, JAWDA quality indicators, JCI accreditation standards, and internal QA protocols
-Lead, supervise, and support multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
-Implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans to enhance patient care and service delivery
-Conduct and oversee audits related to clinical performance, documentation, safety, and regulatory requirements
-Liaise effectively with healthcare authorities, government entities, and external auditors
-Monitor KPIs, prepare management and quality reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
-Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical outcomes
Requirements
-Proven experience in healthcare operations management, specifically in a homecare setting (mandatory)
-Strong clinical background (Registered Nurse or similar healthcare qualification preferred)
-Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, audits, compliance, and accreditation (DoH / JAWDA / JCI)
-Exceptional leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
-Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, licensing processes, and compliance requirements
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
