Job Position – Operations Officer
Company Name – Al Ghazal Transport Company
Responsible for supporting daily vehicle operations, including driver attendance monitoring, trip allocation coordination, and ensuring proper vehicle inspection and service activities to maintain smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure drivers report on time for morning, afternoon, and evening trip schedules
-Monitor and follow up on vehicle inspections, cleaning schedules, and workshop service requests
-Coordinate trip allocation points and support smooth daily operations
-Maintain accurate data entry and updates in operational systems/software
-Keep proper records and documentation related to operational activities
-Support cost control initiatives across operational functions
-Communicate operational issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualification preferred)
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations environment
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
-Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced operational setting
