Job Position – Learning Support Assistant

Hiring a dedicated and compassionate Female Learning for a Grade 4 student.
?Location: Muwaileh, Sharjah, UAE
?Salary: AED 3,000 per month
?Gender: Female (school requirement)
?Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken & written)
Key Responsibilities
?Provide one-on-one academic, behavioral, and social support inside the Grade 4 classroom.
?Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized learning adaptations.
?Facilitate seamless communication in both Arabic and English to support the student’s daily learning goals.
?Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment.
?Requirements
?Prior experience as an LSA, shadow teacher, or teaching assistant preferred.
?Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
?Valid UAE residence visa / husband’s or father’s sponsorship preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
