Job Position – Partnerships Executive

The UAE’s emerging leader in fitness and wellness innovation, bridging technology with holistic health. We are building a powerful ecosystem that combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset support through app-based platforms and strategic tie-ups with gyms and wellness centers. We’re now expanding our B2B footprint and seeking sharp, energetic professionals to onboard fitness and wellness facilities across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently source and generate leads through your existing network, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
· Pitch FitVantage’s B2B models to relevant businesses: gyms, fitness studios, wellness spaces, therapy centers, and sports facilities.
· Develop and tailor strategic proposals for co-branded and exclusive partnership opportunities.
· Conduct in-person meetings and facility visits across the UAE to close partnership deals.
· Achieve monthly partnership targets and revenue goals.
· Build long-term partner relationships and coordinate their onboarding into the FitVantage ecosystem.
· Keep an updated log of all outreach and partner conversations via CRM.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales or partnership experience specifically in fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle industries.
A solid personal or professional network of gyms, wellness centers, or fitness brands is a huge plus.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
Must be extremely well-groomed, confident, and camera-ready – as you represent the brand in person.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working outside the office for meetings and site visits.
UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
