Job Position – Parts Coordinator
Company Name – Al Habtoor Motors
Department: Parts Department
Location: Dubai
-Prepare all the MIS reports for the department pertaining to Finance, Customer, Process, and People.
-Liaise with other departments within the organisation with respect to periodical employee training, employee annual leave plan, stationary & IT supply requests and its distribution to the branches, etc.
-Maintain the correct attendance record for all the parts employees through the Electronic Time and Attendance System
-Timely submission of letters pertaining to staff incentive, customer purchase rebate, etc to the finance dept
-Answering telephone calls, taking messages and handling correspondences.
-Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments and taking minutes.
-Prioritising workloads and maintaining database.
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management with minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar role.
Competencies:
-Proven success in the above job role
-Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
-Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
-Organisational abilities and willingness to perform.
-Attention to details, negotiation skill, assertiveness and flexibility.
