Job Position – Patient/Medical Care Coordinator
Company Name – Via Medica International HealthCare
Via Medica International HealthCare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient/Medical Care Coordinator to join our team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support patients and caregivers with information about conditions and treatments
– Liaise with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate patient care
– Organize and maintain accurate patient information and records
– Monitor at-risk patients and ensure timely follow-up of care plans
– Generate reports and assist with population health management
– Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care delivery
Qualifications:
– Degree/Diploma in healthcare management, public health management, social sciences, or related field
– At least 2 years’ experience in patient care/management
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Experience in healthcare coordination or patient support is an advantage
– Fluency in English (Arabic language is an added advantage)
