Job Position – Payroll Officer

With experience in the Construction industry.
Where you will oversee payroll operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and provide HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately process payroll data and meet deadlines
– Manage employee benefits, leaves, terminations, and resignations.
– Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
– Address payroll queries and resolve issues promptly
– Collaborate with HR for seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
– Profound understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations
– Proficiency in payroll software
– Strong communication and analytical skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
