Job Position – PBM/OP Pre-Approval Officer

Location : Ajman, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Process medication pre-authorization requests
Verify insurance coverage & patient eligibility
Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies & insurers
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and payer guidelines
Meet SLAs and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
-2–3 years in PBM / insurance / healthcare pre-approvals
-Experience in Riyaati Portal
-Strong knowledge of medication workflows & insurance policies
-Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
Immediate joiner preferd
-Preferd Male candidate due to rotational night shifts
