Job Position – Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, daily schedules & appointments
Organize meetings, take notes & follow up on action items
Handle admin tasks and documentation
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide day-to-day personal and professional support
What We’re Looking For:
Top-notch organizational & multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently & anticipate needs
Cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
Candidates with own visa are highly preferred
