Job Position – Personal Assistant
Company Name – Signaturegre
To support Group CEO in a fast-paced, high-level executive environment. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office and requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Accompany the CEO during business trips, events, and meetings as required.
Ensure seamless communication, follow-ups, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
Manage personal errands and tasks assigned by the CEO, including reservations and logistics.
Requirements:
Male candidates only.
Bachelor’s degree is a must .
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively with the CEO and be available beyond standard working hours.
Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
