Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman to provide top-tier administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, and capable of managing a dynamic and high-level work environment. This role demands professionalism and the ability to handle confidential matters while liaising with high-profile individuals both internally and externally.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or high-pressure environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
