  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable preparing communications on behalf of a manager, and managing communications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Bilingual
  • Expert in writing memos/reports (Arabic and English)
  • Strong organisational skills
