Job Position – Personal Secretary

To provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
UAE experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
Handle emails, correspondence, and phone communications.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Maintain files, records, and office documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Support daily administrative and office tasks.
