Job Position – Personal Secretary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team and uphold our high standards of regulatory adherence.
The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You will be working closely with General Manager to provide administrative support while assisting with some basic accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both digital and paper
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Handle office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic
