Job Position – Planning Engineer
Company Name – Ecc Group
With experience in Buildings to be based on our Project in Dubai. The following are “a must have” qualifications:
– Minimum 5 – 8 years relevant experience on large building projects, preferably with high rise experience.
– Strong personality with high communication and persuasion skills.
– EOT Claim management/Delay Impact Analysis/TIA and Window analysis.
-Fluent in construction sequence with a focus on Handoffs , MEP , Testing/commissioning /Authorities and Handing Over.
The above skills are in addition to the following basic requirements :
– Effective Programme Management (establishment , targets , revisions , recoveries , etc…)
– EVM , KPIs and effective knowledge of different control Systems.- Lean Planning
– Resources & Production Planning and control
– Highly skilled in use of Planning Software (P6) / Excel
– Digital reporting skills – Power Bi – 4D planning
– Management Reporting
– Areas of Concern , Critical issues and Risk assessments.
– Change of Scope, Claims, Variations
