Job Position – Plumbing Technician

To join Clients team in Sharjah.
Key Accountabilities:
-Perform all plumbing installation and modification jobs in all buildings, dorms and residential areas as per requirements.
-Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, and tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
-Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for facilities and building.
-Assist in the installation of water heaters, drainage systems, water tanks, swimming pools, pump rooms and plant rooms, as well as any maintenance and repair jobs required.
-Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing when needed.
-Handle installation and repairs on various pipe material such as copper, PVC, GI, CPVC, UPVC, PPR, etc.
-Perform regular inspections on all buildings, dorms and residential areas, and report all issues to the concerned person(s).
-Handle daily requests and issues making sure plumbing related requests have been resolved correctly and in a timely fashion.
-Keep records of all requests (pending and completed), and update them regularly.
-Ensure that safety and security regulations are implemented at all times, and report any matters of concern to the line manager and/or related personnel in order to take action.
-Complete any other job-related tasks as assigned by line manager within the expected time limit.
Required:
-Good verbal and written communication in business in both Arabic and English.
-Location: Candidates must be available in the UAE.
