1) Site Architect
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in site supervision for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approvals.
2) Structural Engineer – Site Supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in structural site supervision in the UAE.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and compliance with local regulations.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors and consultants.
3) Architects
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 6+ years of experience with strong Revit proficiency.
• Experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to produce high-quality architectural drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
4) Authority Coordinator
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in design review and authority coordination.
• Expertise in UAE building codes and liaising with municipalities.
• Proven track record of obtaining authority approvals.
