Job Position – Proactive & Persuasive Collections Executive
Company Name – Sobha Realty
To manage receivables and ensure timely recovery of dues from customers in the Real Estate sector. The role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on maintaining customer relationships while enforcing payment discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow up with customers for outstanding payments on real estate bookings, installments, or maintenance dues.
-Facilitate payment collections through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and site visits if required.
-Negotiate and restructure payment schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support timely collections and reduce defaults.
-Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and speed up recovery.
-Track overdue accounts, initiate reminders, and escalate non-responsive cases to the legal team.
-Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and aging analysis.
-Ensure accurate documentation of communication and payments in the CRM and ERP systems.
Key Skills and Competencies:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage relationships tactfully.
-Knowledge of real estate payment cycles, receivables, and legal recovery processes.
-Experience with debt collection, payment facilitation, and client follow-ups.
-Exposure to call center or client servicing environments is a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems used in real estate.
Qualifications:
-Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
-5-10 years of experience in collections or receivables management, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
