Job Position – Problem Management Analyst
Company Name – Triac Solutions
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 3 – 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days
Budget: Approx:14,000 AED
To lead the end-to-end execution of problem management for BT infrastructure and applications. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing root causes, implementing proactive fixes, and driving service improvements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience in Service/Problem Management.
-Certifications: ITIL V3 Service Operation (mandatory), ISO20000, and COBIT (preferred).
Skills:
-Proficiency in DA infrastructure and application systems (LAN, WAN, Data Centers, etc.).
-Strong experience with SaaS platforms (Box, Okta, Splunk, ServiceNow).
-Experience with enterprise management tools (HPE NNM, NA, OMi, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the single point of contact for infrastructure and application issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
-Lead root cause analysis, maintain known error databases, and implement preventive measures.
-Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure seamless onboarding of new services/products.
-Collaborate with change management and service teams to enhance problem management processes.
-Create and maintain dashboards and reports for insights into problem trends.
