Job Position – Procurement Analyst
Company Name – Alkhalij Enterprises
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage, and coordinate procurement processes and policies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of materials and services.
-Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to meet the company’s procurement needs.
-Initiate and manage the request for quotations (RFQ) process, including the collection of necessary documents for materials evaluation.
-Compile and analyze all RFQs, preparing reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
-Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
-Collaborate with suppliers and logistics companies to coordinate import and export documentation.
-Perform data entry, prepare reports, and maintain procurement dashboards.
Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
-Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in procurement, with a focus on Industrial or Safety Products.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis.
-Strong negotiation skills, time management abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
-Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, as needed for deployments and special projects.
