Job Position – Procurement Coordinator
Company Name – Seema
– 1 – 2 years of experience in the same field.
– Having knowledge of aluminum profiles and hardware items for system & non system material.
– Sending Inquires/ Getting Quotations / Preparing LPOs
– Strong Communications Skills/ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ PACT software.
– Follow up with material suppliers/Powder Coating till reaching material at our store or site.
– Preparation of Weekly reports to present to Procurement Manager.
– Arranging monthly invoices of suppliers according to the statement of account.
