PROJECT OPERATION & EXECUTION ROLES:
1) PROJECT MANAGER – FINISHES
2) PROJECT ENGINEER – FITOUT
3) PROJECT ENGINEER – FINISHES
4) PROJECT ENGINEER – STRUCTURAL
5) SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN – STRUCTURAL
6) SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN – FINISHES
Civil Engineering Qualified Professionals from Turnkey Interior Design & Fit-out Companies in UAE and delivering DESIGN & BUILD High End Finishes – Luxury Projects for Private VVIP Clients are required.
DESIGNING & TECHNICAL ROLES:
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER :
Qualified Interior Designing Professional , Experienced in managing VVIP Clients & Creating High End Luxury Concept Designs, Mood Boards, Space Planning, Layouts and preparing High Quality 3D Render in coordination with Visualizers are required.
Interior Designers experienced in using High End Luxury FF&E Brands & Products , Specialist Services (Home Automation, Cinema, Spa/Sauna, Façade Glazing, Modular Kitchens ) are preferred.
TECHNICAL COORDINATOR :
Technical/Engineering Coordinators experienced in preparing Detailed Design – shop Drawings , Authority Approval Drawings & Documentation, Subcontractor Drawing for High End Luxury projects are required.
Knowledge & Experience in designing Subcontract Services Drawing – MEP, Joinery, Metal & Glass, Automation , Landscape , Solar Panels, Cinema, Sauna, External Glazing is highly preferred.
