Job Position – Procurement & Logistics Officer
Company Name – 7I Holding
A UAE-based holding group operating across regulated, government-linked, and security-critical business environments
Who will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement, sourcing, and logistics activities across the Group, including its subsidiaries. The role ensures effective procurement governance, cost control, timely sourcing, and logistics coordination while supporting multiple business units through a shared-services model.
– Implement and maintain group-wide procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks.
– Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance, delegation of authority, and audit requirements.
– Support internal and external audits by providing procurement and logistics documentation as required.
– Manage end-to-end procurement activities including PRs, RFQs, vendor sourcing, evaluations, POs, and follow-up.
– Obtain and analyze supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders across subsidiaries to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
– Support contract administration and coordination with Legal and Finance where applicable.
– Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in line with operational requirements leadership.
– Partner with department heads and operational leaders to support informed decision-making on procurement needs.
– Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Logistics Operations:
– Lead procurement activities for new implementations and change management initiatives across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
– Lead procurement activities related to ERP implementation projects, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract management for systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Education & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related degree
– Proficiency in using the ERP systems
– Must be either Arabic or Tagalog Speaker
Years of Experience
– Minimum 5- 7 years of experience managing procurement operations, with at least 3 years in a reputable UAE based group, holding, or multi-entity environment company.
– Proficiency in procuring ERP systems, software, and have led the projects
– Use of Excel for data analysis, and familiarity with e-sourcing platforms
Abu Dhabi–based or willing to relocate
