Job Position – Procurement Officer

What You Will Do
-Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction and landscaping materials
-Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors in the UAE market
-Obtain and compare supplier quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
-Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
-Coordinate with site teams and project managers for material requirements
-Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
-Maintain supplier database and procurement records
-Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payments
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years UAE procurement experience
-Construction or Landscape industry experience preferred
-Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
-Good knowledge of local suppliers and materials
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Must be currently in Dubai
-Immediate joiners preferred
