Job Position – Procurement Officer
Company Name – NOVA System Engineering
Procurement -ELV, Fire Alarm Experience Must
An Only UAE Experience ELV, Fire Alarm & Firefighting
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Prepare and process Purchase orders, LC, Sub- Contracts, Appendix etc.
Negotiation with Vendors on commercials, payment & INCO terms to leverage savings & better term and Process Purchase orders.
Coordinate with Logistics partners for shipment collection & Custom clearance.
Vendor Registration in System and ensure to collect all required / Valid documents for registration including NDA as applicable.
Release the PO to vendor as per the SLA from the approved PR receipt date. Ensuring correctness of data at all stages in ERP system.
Maintained a record of all the previous transactions and suppliers for future reference.
Maintain tracking of all PR, s & PO, s. Ensure Order confirmation from vendor against all PO, s is received and update ETA in PO tracker.
Process Assessment form/Sub-Contract agreement as and when applicable. Ensuring all Documents are maintained in Procurement shared drive-in respective Project / SO ID reference with updates in tracker.
Maintain the Procurement schedule Report and publish the report to line manager.
Effectively liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to establish and maintain sound business relationships.
Coordinates with technical, estimation and logistics team for seamless procurement process.
Reconcile or resolve material & value discrepancies in coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company and must evaluate the pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
