Job Position – Procurement Support Specialist (Back Office)

Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Support Specialist to assist our Procurement Department with administrative and documentation tasks. This is a back-office role, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to established procurement procedures. The ideal candidate should thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and be comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision.
Requirements:
– Attention to Detail: Ability to process paperwork with a high level of accuracy and minimal errors.
– Discipline & Focus: Comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a structured work environment.
– Document Control Experience: Essential – must have experience managing procurement-related documentation and ensuring proper record-keeping.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Critical – must be able to use Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and record management.
– Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
– Team Player: Work collaboratively with procurement officers and internal teams.
– Experience: Previous experience in procurement administration, document control, or a similar back-office role is required.
