Job Position – Product Associate

Key Responsibilities:
-Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for airline booking flows.
-Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor product KPIs.
-Handle technical queries and coordinate issue resolution.
-Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and technology partners.
-Support product testing, feature releases, and launches.
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Experience in product management, travel tech, or e-commerce.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and web/mobile platforms.
– Basic understanding of airline booking systems.
– Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
