Job Position -Product Manager – Cybersecurity

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Product Manager to own and manage key cybersecurity products and technology domains within our portfolio. This plug-and-play role requires immediate contribution across sales enablement, vendor engagement, and solution positioning. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the Qatar enterprise and government ecosystem, local procurement and regulatory frameworks, and can deliver measurable business impact from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
– 7-12 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity product management, solution consulting, or with system integrators/MSSPs.
– Strong expertise in one or more domains: Application Security & DevSecOps, Data Security & DLP, Endpoint & Network Security, SIEM/SOC/MSSP platforms.
– Proven understanding of Qatar enterprise and government markets, including procurement models and regulatory expectations.
– Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal onboarding.
– Vendor certifications and hands-on product experience are highly desirable.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
– Market-driven, commercially aware, and outcome-oriented, with a plug-and-play mindset.
