Job Position – Production & Planning Manager

To lead injection moulding operations. This role involves production planning, process optimization, maintenance coordination, and quality assurance to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Need to have strong background in injection moulding planning & operations, team management, lean production, and maintenance management,
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand efficiently.
-Ensure optimal machine utilization and on-time delivery of products.
-Plan & monitor injection moulding operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety.
-Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
-Identify and resolve moulding defects.
-Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cost reduction strategies.
-Lead and train the production team to enhance skills and productivity.
-Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety protocols.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology.
-7+ years of experience in Injection Moulding, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines
-Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
-Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of moulding defects.
-Hands-on experience in ERP/MRP software for production planning.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
