Job Responsibilities:
· Project coordination: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
· Documentation management: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
· Communication facilitation: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and key decisions.
· Resource allocation: Assist in coordinating and allocating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.
· Risk management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives and assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
· Quality assurance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of project deliverables and support the implementation of quality assurance processes.

Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project management certifications, such as CAPM or PMP, are advantageous.
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
· Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Communication skills: Arabic and English – Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
· Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation and deliverables.
· Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and assist in implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
· Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
· Software proficiency: Proficiency in project management software, document management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
