Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – Aujan Interior Decoration
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out industry in UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors.
Knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out and construction market.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Create and update detailed project plans using AutoCAD to ensure accuracy and clarity in design and execution.
Oversee the procurement of materials, manage project deliveries, and ensure timely installation and completion of all interior works.
Track project progress and report regularly to senior management and clients.
Manage the communication flow between different stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle site visits to oversee project quality, progress, and safety standards.
Resolve issues and conflicts on-site promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure all interior fit-out projects meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
