Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – Alserkal
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of ongoing projects, maintenance capex works, maintenance opex reporting and new development projects.
-Collaborate with project managers and building engineers and all stakeholders to ensure projects are executed according to the established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Monitor project status, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
-Organize and lead weekly PMO meetings with relevant stakeholders to review project updates, risks, and issues.
-Prepare meeting agendas, gather project status updates, and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and resolution.
-Document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and distribute them to participants.
-Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to provide an overview of project performance, key metrics, and milestones.
-Establish and maintain standardized project documentation, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
-Facilitate effective communication between project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
-Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
