Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – Al Hattab Holding
With Marketing experience for our Exhibition and Events Company to start Immediately.
Responsibilities;
Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct special events.
Act as event liaison between the client and vendors, donors, etc.
Generate all correspondence to internal and external communications.
Develop concepts and designs, and coordinate mailings of promotional materials and invitations, and direct logistical planning.
Support coordination of marketing activities & social media platform including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and website content.
Maintain records on event activities, progress, status, and post event summary.
Attend events to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned.
Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts, both internal and external, to facilitate event coordination.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by direct managers and supervisors.
Coordinate with the sales team every day on the confirmed sessions of interviews.
To update the calendar activities daily.
