Job Position – Project Coordinator

Location : Abu Dhabi
Experience : 6+ years
Contract : 6-12 months subject to extension
Job description
Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate project team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor and manage project resources, ensuring they are allocated efficiently.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure resources are available as needed.
Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Prepare and distribute regular project status updates, including meeting minutes, project schedules, and risk assessments.
Maintain project documentation and track project deliverables.
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate scheduling of meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
Identify potential risks or issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.
Assist in the development of mitigation strategies to reduce project risks.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Provide regular budget updates to the Project Manager.
Support project completion and close-out, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Assist in preparing final project reports and evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
