Job Position – Project Document Controller
Company Name – AQC Fitout
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–3 years (UAE experience preferred)
With relevant UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Receive, track, and distribute technical documents and correspondence
-Maintain a well-organized filing system (soft & hard copies)
-Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, updated, and archived as per procedures
-Control document flow between internal departments, consultants, and subcontractors
-Prepare transmittals and maintain logs for all incoming and outgoing documents
-Ensure documents are easily accessible, secure, and properly stored
-Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions
-Follow up with teams to ensure timely submission of required documents
-Support project management with document control reports and status updates
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
-2–3 years of UAE experience in document control
-Proven experience as a Document Controller (construction / fit-out preferred)
-Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
-Proficiency in MS Office and document control software
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong communication and coordination abilities
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Salary : AED 5,000 – 6,000
