Job Position – Project Manager
Company Name – KMC Prorecruit
A well known holding company in Bahrain that owns a number of real estate projects is hiring for an experienced, with an architecture background to oversee fitout works from break ground to completion.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
– Proven experience in project management, specifically in overseeing fitout works.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
– Proficiency in project management software.
– Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
– Manage fitout works throughout the project lifecycle.
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
– Monitor progress, identify and address issues promptly.
– Manage project budgets and provide regular reports.
– Lead and communicate effectively with project team.
